We collect information you give us directly:

• Email signups and waitlists. Your email address, and optionally your first name and phone number, plus the page or form you signed up from and the date and time.
• Contact form. Your name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Age verification. Whether you confirmed you are 21 or older. This is stored in your browser only and is not sent to us.
• Purchases. When you buy merch, your order, payment, and shipping details are collected and processed by Shopify, our commerce provider, under Shopify's own privacy policy.

Like most websites, we may also receive basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the site running and understand how it's used.

• To send you the Punchline updates you signed up for — product drops, launch news, and events.
• To respond to messages you send through our contact form.
• To process and fulfill merch orders (through Shopify).
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails beyond what you signed up for without your consent.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site — our website hosting and database provider, our email delivery service, and Shopify for purchases. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@punchlinebeverages.com.

We keep signup and contact information for as long as needed to run the Punchline list and respond to you, or until you ask us to delete it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our cocktail content is intended for adults 21 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21 in connection with alcoholic products. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
